“Crepe City’s challenge was how to effectively identify its target market and how to effectively markets to millennials. The U-M student team in a marketing class called “Consumer Behavior” collaborated with Crepe City and conducted market research to put together what they called, “A Competitive Marketing Strategy.” They came up with the slogan “Crepe City: Simple. Delicious. Healthy.” and helped us shift our focus to healthy, organic ingredients. It was a joy and pleasure to work with the U-M student team.
