AGI was founded in 2018 by Luis Ali and Tanya Saldivar-Ali, both native Detroiters. Luis is a licensed electrician by trade and has over twenty years in the construction industry and project managing. Tanya has over twenty years experience as a credible and strong Detroit community leader that has advocated for inclusiveness, employment, quality education and access to skilled trades.
