The Congregation is a coffee shop, bar, and community event space located in Detroit’s Boston-Edison neighborhood.
Co-founded by Betsy Murdoch, The Congregation is located in a former 1920s-era church. Detroit restaurants, such as Pizza Plex, have partnered with The Congregation to do pop-up events, and the outdoor patio space is a great location to experience local musicians!
This semester, The Congregation is working with a team of U-M marketing students in a course called Consumer Behavior.
