From meal preps to cooking demonstrations to catering, Quiana "Que" Broden, owner of Cooking With Que, teaches hungry Detroiters about making and eating healthy food. Her brick-and-mortar space, The Kitchen, serves as a cafe by day and a collaborative learning environment by night. Que is passionate about showing people how easy it is to create their own nutritious, fresh meals.
Cooking With Que is a finalist in this year’s Detroit Demo Day, a competition for entrepreneurs to pitch their businesses in an effort to win funding. For the Fall 2020 semester, the company is working with MKT 313: Consumer Behavior to explore marketing strategies with students.
