The Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project (DNEP) is hiring U-M undergraduates for the DNEP +Impact Studio for Local Business (+ISLB) internship program. This program is open to sophomores and juniors from the Ross School of Business, Ford School of Public Policy, College of Engineering, School of Information, and Stamps School of Art & Design with an interest in applying their skills to problems facing micro-enterprises in Detroit. As an intern, you will join a “small business consulting group” split up into interdisciplinary teams. Over the summer you will build a set of consulting skills, and gain experience in developing solutions, business analysis, working with clients, communication and teamwork. Interns will receive a stipend of $3000 for this part-time, 12 week program.
